Digital Greeters

The growth of broadband penetration and dare we say it, web 2.0, means websites can now be far more interactive with users.

As a result MAD has recently introduced Australia’s first interactive digital greeters on websites for local credit union Community First www.communityfirst.com.au and leading property information company www.myrp.com.au

These greeters are a very useful way to drive traffic to your site and increase brand awareness using people to pass along a link (viral marketing) and through publicity in online and offline media.

They can also be used to capture data from customers and prospects who interact with the greeter.

A lot of work is required to estimate the types of words and questions people will enter into the dialogue box, but once the greeter is operating, MAD’s proprietary Content Management System allows clients 24/7 access to monitor the frequently used words and phrases, so we can record more tailored responses and add extra responses.
