As part of an ongoing retention program, NRMA wanted to communicate to members the many benefits of belonging and build an opt‑in email database.

MAD Solution

A personalised mailer to let members know they could get discounted Sony products. The piece was die‑cut in the shape of an ear to grab attention. When the piece was opened, it formed the shape of a heart. The idea being that the recipient would 'love' the discount they were receiving.

PURL used as a response mechanism.
